Amy Lukau

Amy Lukau is a poet of Angolan and Congolese descent. Her work can be found in Eight New-Generation African Poets: A Chapbook Box Set edited by Kwame Dawes and Chris Abani. She was shortlisted and runner up for the Brunel University African Poetry Prize in 2014. Her work has been published in Poetry Society of America, the Feminist Wire, and Fanzine, amongst other journals. She has an MFA in Writing and Poetics. She is the author of the chapbook “Who Are You Looking For?,” included in Eight New-Generation African Poets: A Chapbook Box Set.
