Momtaza Mehri

Momtaza Mehri is a Somali-British poet who has served as the Young People’s Poet Laureate for London. Her work has appeared in Vogue, Granta, Poetry International, and elsewhere. She is the author of the chapbook “sugah. lump. prayer.,” included in New-Generation African Poets: A Chapbook Box Set (Nne).
